With over 22 years of experience in finance, accounting and assurance across multiple industries and sectors, Mohamed’s focus has always been on enhancing of the control environment and inculcating best practices across the organization. He has worked with various multinational companies in KSA and Egypt. Apart from finance and accounting, Mohamed is also adept in investment strategy articulation and taxation.

Mohamed is the Head of Business Support in our Riyadh office and leads the functions of Finance, Human Resources and Administration. He is the main liaison with our partners in the banking and financial institutions. Mohamed in American Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), And Saudi Certified Public Accountant (SOCPA).

Akram is a Mechanical Engineer with over 11 years of experience in MEP works. He is very diligent in the preparation and review of shop drawing and BOQs and closely monitors the progress on site. He is also experienced in project reporting and preparation of look ahead plans which helps in effective management of timelines and project schedules.

Akram is currently spearheading our flagship project in KSA, Diar Al Hasa and continues to hold a leadership position in our overall construction management activities. He is also responsible for the MEP division across the Group. 

Mohamed is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, B2B and B2C relationship management, Key Account Management, Planning and Customer Relations. He has served in senior-level roles in organizations in KSA.

Having designed and implemented various sales policies and strategies, Mohamed understands how to identity opportunity and process growth, maximize team productivity and optimize cost to achieve desired levels profitability and client satisfaction.

Mohamed leads our sales and business development team and his main measure for success is the satisfaction of our customers.

Ahmed has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, most of which was spent in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has held senior commercial and project management positions with contractors, consultants, and clients. His experience covers a wide array of projects, including high-rise, residential, hotels, malls, infrastructure, industrial buildings, and royal palaces. His background in both contracting and client positions enables him to deal with issues through objective evaluation and proactive management. Ahmed has served in various positions as a commercial, procurement, contracts manager, claims consultant, and PMO manager on many prestigious projects. He manages all procurement activities for the group.

Mostafa is a young and dynamic site engineer that has taken responsibility for various tasks across our projects. He has been instrumental in managing progress on several phases of the Diar Al Ahsa project. He reviews all construction documentation and submissions.

Due to is adaptability and perseverance, Mostafa takes on a front-line role and has direct lines of communication with all stakeholders including clients and contractors.

Ahmed is a PMP certified project manager, he planned, managed, and led the implementation of a wide range of projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, from the initial stages of design to the delivery of the project to the client through his more than 18 years of experience during which he was able to achieve standards of quality and economic feasibility Adherence to time schedules and budgets required by clients.

Now at NAGA, Ahmed plays an important role as a project management senior executive and takes on responsibility of quality project delivery. 

Heba has over 21 years of experience, that includes more than 18 years as an HR professional covering the areas of human resource management, administration, payroll management, sourcing & recruitment, employee welfare, invoicing & payment. She is conversant with Saudi, Egypt and Bahrain Labor Laws, Immigration, Visa & Law Regulations, and all type of insurance.

Heba is the Human Resources Manager based in our Riyadh office and leads the functions of Human Resources and Administration.

Yahia has over 9 years of experience in the construction industry in KSA and Egypt primarily as a site engineer in mega projects.

Working with various contractors to ensure that quality standards are at defined levels and our products are ready for our customers with little or no comments.

Mohamed is an electrical engineer with more than 13 years of experience working with various electrical systems and installation of complete systems for lighting, power, CCTV, fire alarm, main distribution board and panel board, preparation of electrical shop drawing, preparation of as built drawings and loads and cables calculation.

At DHB, Mohammed works as an MEP project manager, overseeing and preparing reports related to infrastructure works and other technical installations. He is the conduit between construction and infrastructure teams.

Mohamed is a highly experienced Civil Engineer with a successful track record spanning over 14 years in the construction industry. He has extensive experience in infrastructure works, finishing, and construction works, and has been involved in several mega projects in Egypt and KSA.

Throughout his career, Mohamed has held significant roles in reputable companies, including Tallat Mostafa Holding Group, MADINITY, and WADI ELNILE Construction company, where he managed construction teams and all sub-contractors works. 

Currently, Mohamed holds a leading position within the project management team at DHB, where he conducts thorough reviews of all materials and works warranties, ensuring that clients receive high-quality products and services. Mohamed's strong leadership skills and exceptional attention to detail make him an asset to the DHB team.

Hisham is a professional Mechanical Engineer with over 9 years of experience in project implementation and management focusing on design revisions, material approvals, purchasing, contractor management, quality control and all activities until handover of projects.

Hisham’s experience has all been in Saudi Arabia working on varied projects such as factories, commercial buildings, residence buildings, showrooms, compounds, private villas and hotels.

Ali’s vast experience and skillseta are embodied in the capable, confident, and self-motivated individual he is today. 

Ali’s work experience has primarily revolved around site management and following through on all civil works. He continues to do so effectively with DHB and forms an important part of the project management team.

Mohammed is a highly skilled finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple industries in Sudan and KSA. He currently serves as the Finance Manager at DHB KSA, where he brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

As the Finance Manager, Mohammed's responsibilities include providing reliable financial reports and statements that assist in decision-making processes, ensuring compliance with Zakat and taxation regulations, and fulfilling other corporate requirements. His exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail enable him to provide valuable insights that drive the success of the company.

Mohammed's commitment to excellence in his field is reflected in his Certified Management Accountant designation and his membership with the Institute of Management Accountants. 

Mohamed Fouda is a financial professional with over 10 years of experience that is focused on accounts receivables, collections, tax reporting and MIS reporting. He possess an in depth knowledge of the business operations and plays a crucial role in revenue management. Mohamed has an eye for detail and the ability to analyze data to provide meaningful reports that aid the management in decision making.

Mohamed is a the key liaison with all our banking partners and manages the invoicing and collection activities as it relates to the sale of property units. He works closely with the sales team to collect and collate sales data for reporting purposes. He also works in unison with the projects teams to determine percentage of work completion in order to invoice our clients in accordance with contractual terms.

Mohamed is an engineer with over 11 years of experience in the successful delivery of commercial & industrial projects for both private and public sectors with highly reputed contractors and consultants.

Mohamed’s experience has primarily been in Saudi Arabia on projects such as King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Project for Ministry of Housing ( Almadena, Almonwara, Alola, Saudi Arabia) and the General Presidency of Almasjid Alharam and Almasjid Alnabawy ( Macca, Almokarama,Saudi).

Faris is Civil Engineer who previously worked with China Geo Engineering Corporation (CGC) taking responsibility for site supervision and construction activity for their Ras Al Khair Projects.

Faris plays a vital role in DHB's project management team, where he is responsible for ensuring that queries raised by clients during on site visits are promptly and accurately responded to. Additionally, he coordinates with contracts to ensure that the project runs smoothly. 

Saud is a skilled civil engineer with diverse experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining DHB, Saud worked at companies such as Bisco and MK Group-Arnon factory taking responsibility for reviewing project method statements and meeting with clients to discuss project details. He was also responsible for daily site inspections, inspection test plans, and weekly activity reports.

Hend is a highly skilled sales executive with over 5 years of experience in call center operations, aftersales services, and relationship management. She is an expert in ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service and support, working closely with the project delivery teams to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

In her role, Hend prioritizes addressing customer queries and ensuring that all sales records are up-to-date.

May is a highly driven and dedicated team player, a constant support to the entire DHB team. She holds an MBA from San Fransisco State University. Her expertise lies in day-to-day team and office management, collaborating with on-site support teams, corporate office security teams, off-site management companies, and property managers. Additionally, May assists managers with annual budget preparation, and forecasting while making recommendations for changes and improvements as needed.

Ali is a customer service specialist with over 7 years of experience working in project and business management. Ali also has a wealth of experience in computer applications, having worked for more than 3 years with Amazon. He has knowledge in logistics, preparation and presentation of work plans and has become adept in all skills and values that go into making of a successful customer service executive.

At DHB, Ali wears several hats and is involved in all customer-centric activities. Ali also assumes overall responsibility for the Company’s social media accounts.

Hatim is Civil Engineer experienced in housing projects and involved in supervising all activities on site and ensuring that the same are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, and specifications. Hatim is also experienced in reviewing contract invoices and change orders as well as preparing weekly/monthly reports.

At DHB, Hatim is an active part of the project management team and specializes at the back end of the project that involves handover to clients and ensuring that all snagging and de-snagging works are executed to the satisfaction of the client to quality standards defined by DHB.

Mohamed Mansour assumes overall responsibility for the Company’s document control activities. He has over 17 years of experience in document control and management and his experience spans various positions with contractors, consultants, and clients in the KSA market. He is adept in defining workflows and procedures that govern document control and archiving activities in line with international best practices.

Magdy’s is a Civil engineer but has extended his knowledge and education to various fields such as planning engineering, site engineering, project procurement management, project planning and control techniques, project budgeting and financial control and risk management. Magdy provides the company with the requisite support as it relates to their procurement needs.

Moath is a call center specialist with over 9 years of experience working on projects within different types of sectors. His primary objective is to ensure that customer satisfaction levels are maintained at optimum levels and that all stakeholder receive clear and accurate information. Moath’s attitude and approach helps us drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
