Modern Construction System for Contracting (Nozom) is the construction management arm of DHB in KSA. The company was set up to address the need for effective and efficient management of construction activities at our Diar Al Hasa project but is now geared up to take on several other projects including our next large project, Marooj Al Riyadh. The need for focus on the quality and timeliness of construction activities was a crucial consideration for DHB. When large scale projects are developed in phases and involve various contractors, the parameters of quality, time and budget can easily be compromised. It is for this reason, that DHB set up its own construction company so that it could take direct control of the activities and contractors on site.
Nozom has a seasoned team that is focused on each aspect of construction include structure, MEP, aluminum works and finishes. Every discipline is closely monitored and managed. Nozom has dedicated resources for planning and project controls so that there are continuous checks and balances when it comes cost and schedule. It also has a dedicated team for handover of finished units to customers. This handover team ensures that the handover process is pleasant and that every customer is satisfied with all aspects of the unit before they assume ownership.
With Nozom as part of its group in KSA, we have furthered our base of expertise and service for the benefit of our customer and stakeholders.
