Amr has 38 years of experience leading development and construction projects across a wide range of companies. He has managed and delivered projects of varying sizes and complexity. His experience has been very focused on villa developments, both private residences and mass housing projects. Prior to joining DHB, Amr worked at Bin Laden Group managing some of their major projects.
Amr is the Saudi Country Manager based out of our Riyadh office. His key role is to manage project consultants and contractors to ensure that DHB delivers on its promise of time, cost and quality. He also serves as the key liaison with some of our key stakeholders such as the Ministry of Housing.
With over 22 years of experience in finance, accounting and assurance across multiple industries and sectors, Mohamed’s focus has always been on enhancing of the control environment and inculcating best practices across the organization. He has worked with various multinational companies in KSA and Egypt. Apart from finance and accounting, Mohamed is also adept in investment strategy articulation and taxation.
Mohamed is the Head of Business Support in our Riyadh office and leads the functions of Finance, Human Resources and Administration. He is the main liaison with our partners in the banking and financial institutions. Mohamed in American Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), And Saudi Certified Public Accountant (SOCPA).
Mohamed is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, B2B and B2C relationship management, Key Account Management, Planning and Customer Relations. He has served in senior-level roles in organizations in KSA.
Having designed and implemented various sales policies and strategies, Mohamed understands how to identity opportunity and process growth, maximize team productivity and optimize cost to achieve desired levels profitability and client satisfaction.
Mohamed leads our sales and business development team and his main measure for success is the satisfaction of our customers.
An Engineer by qualification, Mohammed is a procurement and supply chain expert with 17 years of experience across various industries with specific expertise in the EPC sector. He is adept in vendor management, procurement planning and logistics management. Mohammed is also trained as an ISO Lead Auditor and Quality Management and Risk Management Systems.
Mohammed leads our Procurement function thereby managing all purchasing, commercial and contractual operations to ensure that DHB gets the best out of its suppliers and contractors both in terms of cost and quality in order to pass on such value to our customers.
Mohamed Fouda is a financial professional with over 10 years of experience that is focused on accounts receivables, collections, tax reporting and MIS reporting. He possess an in depth knowledge of the business operations and plays a crucial role in revenue management. Mohamed has an eye for detail and the ability to analyze data to provide meaningful reports that aid the management in decision making.
Mohamed is a the key liaison with all our banking partners and manages the invoicing and collection activities as it relates to the sale of property units. He works closely with the sales team to collect and collate sales data for reporting purposes. He also works in unison with the projects teams to determine percentage of work completion in order to invoice our clients in accordance with contractual terms.
